[Fixed][2.0.92] "Ohter music" volume changing does

I have a wad with mp3's in it. I can't change their play volume. I've silenced, maxed them out-no changes.
EDIT:
I tested it with Action Doom and 3057hub1. Hi-quality music (mp3s, oggs) cannot be silenced/tuned up.
However, this doesn't apply to modules (tested with Chosen)
