[r97] HUD models do not interpolate

The HUD model animations do not interpolate. You can check it out by loading this WAD which was created by phi108 that basically ports over Vavoom's models into GZDoom:

HUD sprites also don't interpolate so this is hardly a bug.

In that case, I thought sprites in Doom don't interpolate as well, period!

I recently added hud model frame interpolation to Skulltag. The interpolation is not really compatible with A_ReFire though.

GZDoom revision 106 should have the HUD model interpolation code.
