[r105] Flickering light sector + animated texture glitch

Which gives off this strange effect:
OpenGL rendering, any lighting mode (doom/legacy/bright/standard), using shaders for textures.
I do not get this with 1.1.0.2.

Have you tried setting gl_clamping_bug to 1 and seeing if that fixes it?

It's too bad that I can't autodetect this one. If I set this option to 1 I get a 30-50% performance hit on my system.
