[r183] Crash in clients in netgame on map change

(Windows version of gzdoom from http://svn.drd-team.org/gzdoom/)

This crash happened on both clients when the host switched to MAP32 after playing ghoul3.wad. Both clients crashed out, but the host loaded the map fine and played showing both clients as disconnected.

Ghouls Forest 3 was always unstable for online play, but Single Player mode works fine, but loads pretty slow.
Also in SkullTag it keeps crashing while changing map online, so the host will be forced to rehost the server.
Actually this isn't really a bug of the Doom port, but of the Wad.

This crash happens when starting a weapon sound. Unfortunately from the crash log I can't reconstruct the circumstances in which it happened. The crash originated from a weapon's A_PlaySoundEx call. Maybe Randy can tell more.
