[r183] Crash in server in netgame with zp-zerot.wad loaded

(Windows version of gzdoom from http://svn.drd-team.org/gzdoom/, but run under Wine in 64-bit Ubuntu Linux)

I tried to host a coop game with Zero Tolerance (not sure if its the same version in that topic now) loaded, and it worked for the most part. For some reason it continually alerted all the players that the flare gun was upgraded to level 2, and repeatedly made an annoying beeping noise. Not sure if that was a glitch in the wad or gzdoom. I can't remember if anything special happened when the crash happened, but both clients stayed in-game (but fell out of sync).

I'm sorry I can't do anything with this. It crashes internally in the system's MIDI code and it's impossible to track down a potential cause.

Question... have you tried to build a native Linux executable?

WinE is great and all, but it's not so good for diagnosing errors. It might even be WinE itself causing the problems. (Unlikely, given that it's been out for a very long time, but still quite possible)

Haven't had luck with that recently. I managed to fix a few minor compiler warnings but haven't gotten around that yet.
