Crash in Ultimate Torment N Torture

I was playing Ultimate Torment N Torture in GZDoom r186 and I got this crash report. I'm not sure what caused it. All I know is that I was using the shotgun to shoot through a window at a Hell Warrior (Lion head thing) in the Lost Episode. That could be circumstancial though.
This is actually not the first time I've experienced this crash. I was doing multiplayer with my brother on this same episode, near the same part of the level, and we both recieved a crash report. We didn't report it at first because we didn't have time at the moment and then I had forgotten about it later, but if necessary I can try to find those, I'm sure we have them saved somewhere...
