[fixed] hud_althud and crosshairs

OK, a minor issue here. If you are switched to a scripted camera view during a level, your crosshair should not be drawn. This is working correctly in most modes, but when using the althud, the crosshair remains in the middle of the view when switching to a camera.

0.9.4 Aeryn and possibly earlier.

I keep forgetting about this issue. ...aborting the 0.9.5 upload and fixing it for good.
