[r295] assert(TicFrozen != 0) fails in I_FreezeTimePolled

...on linux. Commenting out the assert seemed to work ok, although there is about a 1 second delay when loading maps.

If it isn't already there please repost at the ZDoom bug forum. I can't debug it so I can't fix it. Maybe Randy knows something.
