[1200] No coloured fog under 3D floor

In this
testmap, there is a coloured fog in the normal 209 sector,
but in the 209 sector under the 3D floor, the coloured fog does not want to display.

The engine currently does not handle sectors with both 3D-floors and Boom-style deep water at the same time. That's because the Boom stuff manipulates the sector properties at run time which interferes with 3D-floor operation.

Ah, bummer.
I had read
TUD's thread, which was left somewhat open-ended, so I was bit prepared for the disappointment.

I eventually solved it by converting to 3D floor water. Only problem with this method is that any fog in the sector the water is being put in will mix with the underwater fog effect (which I don't mind tbh, at least I solved the water fog issue) and you won't be able to use the "eyes go above/below fake floor/ceiling" sector action things. (a script that checks player z-height will workaround this)

Also please note that this is an extremely non-trivial fix so it's rather unlikely that it ever gets fixed.
