Hi Folks!

The port sends my monitor to sleep, power LED blinking green and orange.
I fiddled with the .ini file but it wont help.

My setup:
WinXP Pro SP1
GeForce 3 TX (The OEM-Version from Medion)
DirectX 9.1
Monitor is an Acer AL1713 LCD

Any suggestions?

Check the following entries in the zdoom-*.ini file in your gzdoom folder:

vid_defheight=480
vid_defwidth=640

Make sure it is set to a resolution that will work with your screen (eg
vid_defheight=768, vid_defwidth=1024).

Also try changing gl_vid_refreshHz=0 to gl_vid_refreshHz=60

Bleh, i see 4/5 of the title screen now, somewhat crushed, but he draws it X-Window style on my desktop.
CTRL+ALT+"+" wont work under Windows XP ;)

That sounds like your monitor isn't properly calibrated to the settings of the game.

BTW, what is CTRL-ALT-+ supposed to do?

Under X-Window (Linux) it changes the resolution.

BTW: I have the same problems with my C-One, a hobbiest system with an 65816 and two Atmel FPGA.

Conslusion: My Monitor is a expensive pile o sh*t :-(

You should be able to set it to something so that the game displays properly. Doesn't it have any menu for that?
