r548 Still problems with hi-res textures

Sorry that this is brief and not thoroughly investigated. I'm still "just passing through". The attached should show it though.

The first frame of animation (I think) is a single patch texture whereas the rest are multipatch textures. The first frame (deliberately shown for longer than the others) is not scaled but the rest seem to be. It works in older versions of GZdoom.

Fixed. I thought I could skip the final part of the texture code reorganization. Turns out I was wrong.
