Light-Amp expiry warning flash gone

In recent versions, when the light-amp powerup is running out, it doesn't give you the warning flashes to tell you that it is about to expire. It affects both enhanced and normal light amp modes. As far as I can tell, other powerups are OK. Zdoom seems OK.
