[r669+, Earlier?] Mana Bars not Displaying Correctly

This is using Hexen, with no mods of any kind loaded. ZDoom does not show this error.

Spoiler: Screenshots (960x600) and Descriptions
1. Starting a new game with the classic status bar and adding ammo. Both Mana types are up to 200, but the bars remain black.

Edit: Removed the unneeded images.

fixed
