Does anyone else experience the 30fps lock issue when V-sync is enabled with Catalyst v11.7?
Tripple buffer setting has no effect either.

My components and OS:

Win7 64-bit
AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6550M
Core i3 380-M
Corsair 2x4GB DDR3 PC8500
Intel SSD 320 120GB

In the past, ATI video drivers have been hit and miss as far as OpenGl is concerned, see

yes i have same problem here. i use 11.3 from march. no problems
I dont know if 11.8 work but else i hope 11.9 will work
