[fixed]Transfer_Heights floors don't flood when viewed from

so, I have this long string of waggling sectors (waves) here:

as you can see, when viewed from the top, the floor texture floods the vertical gaps in between the sectors. All good so far.
But when you go underneath, the lava texture doesn't flood, instead appearing to take the texture of the ceiling above the whole setup (the regular ceiling above the waves) and flood that in between the gaps. (i changed that texture to blue so it'd be easier to see):

i know it's an unusual effect that makes this manifest itself and it likely won't show up in most uses of Transfer_Heights, but hey.. Transfer_Heights is supposed to make floors bleed all over the screen!
