[r1385] Dynamic lights on 3D floor water

Just discovered this today while testing some changes to Serpent...at some point between the last official version (r1104) and the most recent SVN (r1385) something changed the way the surface of 3D floor water appears when dynamic lights are on it.

While testing it I discovered that the bug only happens if Sector_SetFade is used on the control sector. (which it is on all of my water sectors)
