Trying to get Stronghold running on my 2011 13" MacBook Pro with an Intel Core I7, 8GB of RAM, and an Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB graphics card. Getting these issues in GZDoom:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Ouch!

That graphics driver you use must really be broken. I'm sorry but there's nothing that can be done on the application side.

One thing you can try is to start GZDoom with a command line option '-sm2' which disables all shader related code. If the problem lies in there it may help.

This right there is the problem.

I recently had a laptop with one of these, and I was aghast with just how problematic it was. The only way to run opengl applications on it was to run the embedded Direct3D wrapper in Windows 7, but unfortunately it's rather complicated to actually activate that, and said wrapper does not exist inside mac OS itself obviously. Unfortunately I do not have said laptop anymore.

My personal Macbook, however, that I've had for years, runs GZDoom flawlessly, but it has an nVidia card.

Ok, no feedback whatsoever in over a year - off this goes!

For reference, the images are also used here. Since the SA forums are sometimes behind a paywall, allow me to quote:
I'll try asking again, can anyone tell me why I'm having this issue with GZDoom for Mac? I get it in Dawn of War: Soulstorm as well.
Emphasis mine. Driver or hardware issue.
