cannot zoom weapon (secondary fire)

I'm using GZDoom rev1532 with a bunch of textures plus Brutal Doom.
The problem is like that:
1. click secondary fire (which brings the sights of the weapon in the Brutal Doom).
2. shoot
3. reload,which brings the weapon to normal view eventially
4. trying secondary fire - fail ! the model of weapon starts an animation, but switches back to normal view.
in-game fix: after the next weapon reload, sniper view becomes available again. in order to avoid, the weapon should leave the sniper view before reload. not very comfortable. Zandronum handles this flow very well.
