Hi, can I play Ecwolf in Windows 8. If yes, how can I configure that?

It should just work. My Windows 8.1 VM runs it just fine. Are you having an issue?

I have now the configuration.cpg and I have been able to change resolution and full screen

Well there is an option for those in the menu: Options->Display Options->Fullscreen and then Options->Display Options->Screen Resolution. Did that not work for you?

Yes but searching for it I found that file before.
