[not a bug] FSGLOBAL with multiple WAD's.

When multiple WAD's are loaded, FSGLOBAL lumps in either are ignored. I tried it with
Doom with bits on and
Rebirth.

The problem is in Rebirth. It contains non-empty level headers. That means that the FSGLOBAL lump isn't loaded for these maps. This behavior is by design and won't be changed even though some crap WAD management tool apparently writes some nonsense into the header.
