[g2.1.pre-863-gb45c88f] ATI Graphical Errors

Multiple graphical errors starting with this devbuilds version. Previous uploaded version (g2.1.pre-860-g8762ab4) works fine.
I am unable to compile it myself right now since I've gone through multiple hard drive crashes, I do not have a working C++ environment right now. It's going to take me a few days to prepare a new Windows image for this since my graphical development one is full right now.
Symptoms noticed so far:

Symptoms noticed so far:
- Weapon sprites will not show
- Masked textures are invisible
- Viewport cropping graphic does not always show; sporadic, usually only refreshes when picking up an item or taking damage, but if resizing the viewport it does not redraw
- Intel core i7 940 underclocked to 1.54GHz with only 1 hyper-threaded core (this was necessary because of PSU issues)
- ATI Radeon HD 4850 (GL Version - 3.3.11672) (Catalyst Version 13.1 - Jan2013)
- Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter 64-bit (This is an 8.1 Server variant)
