[2.0.05] GZDoom doesn't behave with high DPI desktop

Windows 8.1, running 150% DPI. (Right Click Desktop -> Screen Resolution -> Make rext and other items larger or smaller) The mouse cursor is totally off in fullscreen - the mouse appears in the correct position, but the place on the menu where the mouse cursor THINKS it is is totally different, up and to the left. Windowed mode the mouse works fine, but then the stated resolution selected in video options seems to have no relationship to what the actual resolution of the window is, the windows looks MUCH bigger than it's supposed to.
Spoiler: 640x480
Also, the launch screen (that contains console output before the game starts) is also not centered either, it's down and to the right of the center of the screen.

I have tested these issues in vanilla ZDoom 2.7.1 and in the June 11th DRDTeam build. The mouse works fine in both builds, and windowed resolutions are always correct in the June 11th DRDTeam build (haven't checked 2.7.1), and the pre-launch console output is centered correctly in both builds.

Have you checked a newer devbuild as well? Some time ago an updated manifest got added, of course 2.0.05 doesn't have that.

Sorry it took me so long to remember to get back to this.
