First of all, there will be no emulators, unless you're referring to an X86 emulator - which, unfortunately, will be way too slow for ARM devices to handle at the speed GZDoom needs right now. It just won't work, probably not for another 10 years, not to mention entirely redundant and unnecessary considering point two-

Secondly, if you're asking for a port to Android - that's already been done. http://beloko.com/?page=game_doom

Thirdly, said project is supported by the project's author and is not officially supported here. What help you may get here getting it to work won't be nearly as ... helpful ... as the author's own site, who acts independently of GZDoom's original author.
