[Don't do that!] 3D floors override deep water damage

Yes, they override deep water damage leaving the deep water without damage. A few scripts could fix that, but I think it is worth fixing in the source. They also override deep water color, but please don't change that. I have already set the color effects to the 3d floor instead.

Don't mix both in the same sector. There's two mechanisms to define these things that get in the way. I don't know whether it is fixable but you really should define the water in such sectors with 3D-floors as well to avoid such clashes.

I think i will do that because there are too many problems with the two.
