[fixed] Strife: Missing Type 19

I believe these are corpses that seem to be missing. This message will appear on certain levels... most notably on Map05 (the Prison level).

Edit: I think I've pinpointed the issue. In strifestuff.txt in the gzdoom.pk3 file... Actor DeadRebel does not appear to be assigned a number (it probably is 19)
