[1.0.20] Backpack doesn't give double ammo on skills 1&5

[1.0.20] Backpack doesn't give double ammo on skills 1&5

I'm guessing that this is related to the similar issue reported at the ZDoom forum. While all of the weapons now correctly give double ammunition on skills 1 & 5, the backpack still doesn't.
