Go to map 01, and get to the cyber demon. It just stands there (not the bug i'm referring to, author did that on purpose). Now, use the rocket launcher to shoot rockets at it, and move back and forward to pickup the rocket boxes. After the cyberdeamon dies, release the fire button. The firing of the launcher continues for a good ten seconds or so.
Tried repeating it, and it did the same thing two out of three times. The last time i tested (before i submitted this, it only fired two extra shots). For some reason, it only seems to work if you play the level (you can still use give keys to speed it up. I also checked the ACS scripts, and there isn't any command in them that would disable player weapons, decorate didn't have anything effecting the RL, and dehacked was used mainly for string replacement. Just hold down the fire button and dont stop firing till its dead, then release it. It should keep firing for a few seconds
