All right, this isn't exactly gamebreaking but it's new to this version and certainly isn't a coveted "feature". I play ZDoom in a 800x600 window, and due to technical reasons (palettes suck) I couldn't play it in fullscreen even if I wanted to. But in the newest GZDoom, a little irritation occurs with the window.
When the game starts, the new pre-game console appears in the center of the screen. While that's a pretty cool feature, there's a problem involved. Once GZDoom loads and the titlepic shows, the window coordinates stay at the same spot. Since my window is 800x600 and the console window is much smaller, this causes the bottom and right edges to get cut off the screen! Yeah, all I have to do to fix it is move the window, but having to do this each and every time on startup without fail is a bit irritating. Couldn't it just be made to start in the upper-left corner like it used to? Seems to work better that way, in my opinion.
Does this happen to anyone else, too? It happens to me on both my "doomified" computers (heh) at least, so I'm sure it's not a hardware fluke.

If you create a shortcut to ZDoom and set Window Style to "Maximized" it will cause the window to appear at 0,0 and cause the rendered window to appear at 0,0 as well. Its good to me for running in window at same res as my monitor. Although, I don't know if its what you want, but its the best you can do currently.
