OK, sorry for the corny title.
The attached file is old and uses a dehacked actor to simulate rain. However, it should still work. In fact, it does still work in Zdoom 2.1.7 but when I use it in GZDoom, once the rain has splashed on the ground, it leaves a dead player body lying there.
