KDIZD works fine most of the time, but I got three problems :
1. No intro sequence
2. No image on the "entering [insert level name here]" screen
3. Cannot save when standing on the outdoor part of Z1M3
Does someone knows where is the problem and how to fix it ?

1. I got the latest one (i guess)
2. My comp is an old Pentium III with an nVIDIA GeForce2 MX-200, and I'm running GZDoom on 800*600 to make it smooth.
3. Nothing special about the command line. Just turned blood type on "sprites and particles". Everything is on the highest setting except the resolution.
Notice that I also had the 3rd problem with iu_part-4b.wad (Invasion UAC).
I try to save, but nothing is saved, the game crashes, and the previous save is overwritten anyway.

Ok. I'm sorry to tell you that it's probably your video memory. That can become extremely tight with a large WAD like KDiZD. Your hardware is simply too old to handle it properly - not to mention well below the recommended minimum specs which say GF3 with 64MB as GFX card.
OpenGL rendering inevitably needs more memory than the software renderer.
