[1.0.30] Problem with KDiZD flat

I just played KDiZD and had a problem with the animated flat in the pictured area in MAP01

The green slime is displayed as a green/darkblue banded slime, which changes colour as the pistol is fired or the game is saved.

Also, the above screenshot was taken in 1.0.29 because the screenshots in 1.0.30 seem to not work, as they are all a deep black.

All is okay with 1.0.27 and 1.0.29. Does anyone else have the same problem?
