First of all, congratulations for the first commit. Now onto the errors:

xlat/defines.i, line 20: syntax error
NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make 'strfhelp.o'

That's the only two errors I get when compiling 'wadsrc'.

Weird. I have no idea how strfhelp could have gotten lost.

Here's a patch that updates Makefile and Makefile.mgw ("zdoom.pk3" -> "gzdoom.pk3") and adds dependencies for the 'dehsupp' project.
