I know that a crash report for an SVN build probably isn't much use but I've attached it anyway.
The crash happens immediately after starting a game (or warping to any level from the console). I'll try and narrow down what is causing it. Thee's a lot in the file though so any suggestions are welcome.

And further confirmation - if I remove all the dynamic light objects from the maps in my project, the maps work, so it isn't anything else in the project causing the problem.
Further testing shows that all placeable dynamic light objects cause a crash (9800-9804 and their subtractive counterparts).
Dynamic lights defined via doomdefs and attached to actors do not cause a crash.
The light object merely has to be anywhere on a level, not necessarily in the view of the player to cause a crash.
Disabling dynamic lights does not stop the crash.
