[r73] Menu sounds very soft after map is loaded

The menu sounds are at normal volume upon program startup, but after choosing a New Game and hitting Esc to get to the menu, the sounds are suddenly very soft.

Need more information. 2D or 3D mode?

Also please note that I won't try to fix minor issues with the current sound code. Since I can't use Randy's current one due to the lack of $limit and other problems I had to resort to the last semi-stable version - and the emphasis is on semi.

According to Enjay it's only in 3D mode so I'm closing it without further investigation. Please go back to 2D mode.
