The cyberdemon decal appears to be correctly lit on the wall in ZDoom, but in GZDoom, it's fullbright.

I think it might only be for decals using a graphic like your example. I have a few decals in one of my WADs but they all use the "shade" command in their definition and none of them are obviously bright.

The unshaded decals normally aren't fullbright by default. I thought one of LWM's mods looked weird when played in GL because I notice something on the wall is unusually bright...

Again, this behaviour doesn't happen in the software renderer which obviously means it's a bug in the OpenGL renderer.

Yeah, I wasn't saying that it wasn't a bug or anything, just that it only seems to affect unshaded decals.
