r184 Crash on exit

OK, I'm putting r193 online right now. It still seems to be behaving itself in both debug and release flavours. I think you have managed to nail this one. :)

Prepare for r194. r193 contains one serious and one minor bug I just fixed.

Can you recheck this with the latest ZDoom. Randy made a some changes a few weeks back but these have not been tested yet. You can't check with GZDoom because I still have the workaround in place that prevents the crash at the expense of a major memory leak.

r1352 - I still get the exit crash.

I've tested every version of GZdoom that has come out since your workaround fix and it has never crashed when using "the procedure".
