Entry Point Not Found

I Just downloaded ans tried to ceck out the latest version of GZDoom (1.1.06), and got the following:

The procedure entry point
?setCallback@Channel@FMOD@@QAG?AW4FMOD_RESULT@@P6G?AW43@PAUFMOD_CHANNEL@@W$FMOD_CHANNEL_CALLBACKTYPE@@PAX2@Z@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library fmodex.dll.

When I downloaded the .zip file I extracted all files in the zip into my GZDoom directory, overwriting the old versions. Therefore, all files are up-to-date. So what's with this error message?
