Hard crash while saving a game

I had to experiment a crash of Gzdoom while saving a game (Knee-Deep in ZDoom): the savegame file has been deleted (in fact, I had to Alt-F4 the frozen game and, of course, the result was to lose my saved game...)

I was playing it using the new set of highres textures from KuriKai.
I guess that Gzdoom lost the head...
