Not sure if this has just cropped up with the current version or not - I didn't notice it before anyway. If you play my "Overlord" level, when the camera switches to the briefing at the start, you can see "artifacts" around where the floor meets the walls in the briefing sector. It's the sort of artifact I would expect in a situation where a texture was missing - ie instead of the correct floor/wall being drawn (which in this case is totally black) you can see remnants of whatever was on screen before - the title pic in this case - and (in this case again) remnants of the animated transparent texture used to simulate screen static.
Not too surprisingly you get the same effect with my "Marine Assault" which uses a very similar setup.
Missing texture-like effect with 0.9.10

I was just getting ready to report this myself.
What it looks like to me is that the sectors floor is set 1 unit below where it's supposed to be. This in turn leaves a slight gap in the wall texture where it meets the floor.
From my tests, the only time this happens is in sectors which are by themselves, IE sectors that do not border or touch any other sectors.
The biggest problem with this is that control sectors also have this issue, since they are seperated usually. GZDoom will carry it over to whatever the control sector is for in the actual game, so every single extra floor in my level exhibits this problem as well.
