[fixed][HEXEN BUG] Mage cannot break glass while on line

If you are the mage class, dont know about other, start map 01, and walk up directly to the glass. Shoot it. Nothing happens. You can step back a bit (while still on the sill of the window) and it wont break. It only breaks if you are not near it.

Fixed. Hopefully in a way that doesn't break anything. This was caused by some rather old ZDoom code which didn't make any sense to me but might have had a purpose I don't know of.
