I picked up an invulnerability sphere, the effect wore off when it was supposed to but the B&W screen did not. I, however, can't seem to reproduce it without the save attached below.
The crash occurred during one of the several times I was loading this save for testing, and I can't seem to reproduce it either.
Regards.

I can't help you here.
The crash log does not match the r471 map file and the rest I can't reproduce.

I had a look at the crash log first and it gave me no clue whatsoever.

Sussudio, if you're going to post crash logs for development builds, post your map file. If I remember correctly, you've said somewhere before that you compile your own builds - they, 9 times out of 10, will not be byte-to-byte copies of someone else's compile (which is what Graf is looking at - he assumes you're using Enjay's builds). Because of this, your map files also will not match.
With Graf, if he can't tell what something is at first glance, it's closed and forgotten about, unfortunately.
Anyway, your map file will be in release/zdoom.map, relative to the location of where you downloaded the trunk with SVN.

I really don't have the time to investigate an error that's hard to reproduce in detail. The crash log is the only thing to go by and I can't do anything with this one.
