[Request] +STICKY flag

A while back on the Zdoom forums, I had suggested this flag to make it possible to make a projectile stick to an enemy/wall (+STICKY_THING, +STICKY_WALL) to simulate a Halo plasma grenade.

Would such a flag be possible to impliment easily? I plan on making the Flare Gun from Blood for WWE, and i'd need this flag to make it possible.
