Weird pinky after death

hi again, i have another strange Bug that occurred while i was dead on the map 13 in the WAD called: Hell Revealed. here is a image with the position:

in this image i wasn´t dead, because i forgot to take a pic when i died.

i don´t know if this is normal or a bug.

that pinky is running around these revenants while i was dead in the video...nobody attacked pinky

don´t you understand??
when i was playing in this map, died, and suddenly that pinky wasn´t stopped, just took a loop around revenants.

you know when you dies, these monsters that targets you stops and so
but in this viedo i posted show that pinky isn´t stopped and takes a loop like a crazy.

Clearly the pinky still has a target that it is trying to get to so it probably got damaged by something and you didn't notice it happening.
