Hi-Tech Hell 2:Sprites lit by unseen light on level 2.

In this wad, "Hi-Tech Hell 2- Alien Tech" there is an area underneath a floor where sprites are being lit by a light from above the floor, but
underneath the floor the area is not being lit by the light, except for the sprites, on level 2.
It also probably has something to do with dynamic lights going through walls.
