for some reason my Zdoom application won't find any of the IWADs that i have on this cmputer and fails to run and doesn't continue execution

Won't find the IWADs -- where are they? There's a limited number of places where ZDoom will look automatically; if you've put them elsewhere you'll need to edit the ini to tell ZDoom so. Please read this article: [wiki]Installation_and_execution_of_ZDoom[/wiki].

Works for me, no additional feedback, looks like user error, and seems to be about ZDoom rather than GZDoom. Closing that one.
