[fixed][0.9.17] A_ThrowGrenade problem

For my next submission, I converted the throwing knives from Immoral Conduct into Decorate, and to achive the arc in the knife's path, I used the ThrowGrenade action.

But there seems to be a bug with it. Half the time when you throw the knife, it doesn't animate the knife as it goes, and just stays stuck in its initial spawn frame.

Give the first state a duration of 4 and higher and it won't happen with the current code as well. When converting the flechette throwing function I missed one line that randomizes the state's duration.
