[r1004, Onward] Camera Textures are Flipped Vertically

While using Camera Textures, I see the image flipped vertically.

First saw this in r1019, however I did a bit of detective work via the Changelog and DRD Team SVN builds:

- r1000: Works just fine.
- r1004: Texture is flipped.

There were several texture handling changes in r1001-1003, I suspected one of these may have affected it.
