Battle monsters in an invasion-like setting to defend your base from being overwhelmed by demon hordes. Includes highly detailed and polished maps, many new items, new monsters, new soundtrack, the original work of some of the more famous people in the Doom community, and lots of new graphics!

O_O Wow! I didn't realise that it had been quite that long. I still remember when Tormentor first started talking about the idea.

Anyway, having access to the dev forum for Stronghold, I know just how much blood sweat and tears went into this project so congratulations to all concerned for bringing it in. Well done.

I started with the first maps back in March of 2004 when the idea was born... quite a long time I guess...
