[r1183 and after] Sector_SetFade colour problem

for any SVN editions after r1183, it appears that Sector_SetFade (tag, r, g, b) no longer shows the colour in a 3D pool.

Just to mention that the example WAD works on Zdoom r3187 so it seems to be GZdoom specific.

Damn, and I trusted Gez to 'adapt' the changes for software 3D floors properly. I had to make some changes to the fade handling to work in software mode but he apparently didn't even bother to check whether the 3D floor stuff had an impact on the GL renderer (well, of course it did!)

I did test several levels with 3D floors (mostly from HPack and Demon Eclipse), it just happened that none of them had fogged 3D floors...
