I'm just putting this here as a known problem. I am going to change the offending area. I'm not exactly sure why this happens, but it seems to have something to do with shooting a 3D floor below a fake floor with a hitscan weapon. I noticed that I could easily make it happen on one map but not at all on another so it must happen only if the floors are a certain way. It is very hard to do with a shotgun, but almost always happens with a super shotgun.

EDIT: This doesn't happen when the water area is a 3d floor

Hopefully fixed. There were a few NULL pointer checks missing.

The area is already changed or I would check again.
